COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
We welcome feedback at any time, both positive and negative, we are here to help and always keen to improve our service.
But if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service we operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints.
Our complaints procedure is;
In the first instance please contact us either verbally or in writing to the manager within 12 months of an incident. Our contact details are on the contact us page.
We will then acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days and undertake an investigation and contact you again, this may be as a letter and/or an invitation to meet to discuss the complaint if the complainant wishes.
